With great enthusiasm and a clear strategic vision, we at VF-Systems GmbH have officially commenced our membership in the German Vending Machine Industry Association (Bundesverband der Deutschen Vending-Automatenwirtschaft e.V. – BDV). This partnership underscores our commitment to actively shaping the future of the vending and automated retail industry and to contributing our technical and service-oriented expertise even more strongly to industry-wide dialogue and collaboration.
A particular highlight in this context was our introduction as a new BDV member during the BDV Annual General Meeting 2025, which took place on 7 November 2025 in Hamburg. The General Assembly is a central pillar of the association’s work: it provides members with insights into strategic objectives, enables direct participation in decision-making, and fosters open exchange on current challenges and trends within the industry. Alongside traditional association agenda items—such as reviews of past activities, financial reports, and the formal discharge of the board—networking among industry stakeholders is always a key focus. During this industry gathering, VF-Systems GmbH was officially presented and warmly welcomed.
Running in parallel with the Annual General Meeting was VendCon 2025, the established industry conference for the vending sector. The combination of a trade exhibition and a comprehensive conference program offered a concise overview of current market trends, technological developments, and new solution approaches. For VF-Systems, VendCon proved to be a valuable platform for direct dialogue with industry partners, manufacturers, and decision-makers.

In addition, VF-Systems GmbH was officially introduced as a new member of the association in the latest issue of the members’ magazine of the German Vending Machine Industry Association (Bundesverband der Deutschen Vending-Automatenwirtschaft – BDV). The issue also includes a dedicated product feature presenting a technical solution from VF-Systems and highlighting concrete application scenarios for the vending and automated retail industry.
